Responsibilities For Engineering Software Developer

  • Deliver customized solutions for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Collaborate with technical engineers, modelers and designers
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions
  • Participate in agile development process
  • Support solution development and deployment activities
  • Create documentation for solutions
  • Support setup and automation of Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Provide progress updates to BIM Manager

Requirements For Engineering Software Developer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years experience in software development
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit and Dynamo
  • Experience with C# .Net Web applications and Desktop (WPF) applications
  • Experience with Autodesk Design Automation
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Civil3D, Revit APIs customization
  • Experience with ISO and UK BIM Standards
  • Experience building and executing Autodesk scripts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
