AI Engineer

Pattern is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team in a hybrid role based in Lehi, UT. This position focuses on expanding and maintaining the company's foundational AI layer that serves both technical and non-technical employees. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of post-college experience in AI engineering roles and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the brain-platform, their core AI microservice API, as well as Compass, their Streamlit-based application. The position requires strong Python programming skills and experience with various AI models and tools from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock.
