Senior Backend Engineer

Peerspace, the leading online marketplace for venue rentals, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their remote-first team. With over 40,000 spaces and $500M in transactions, backed by GV and Foundation Capital, we're revolutionizing how people find and book inspiring spaces worldwide.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll become an expert in critical technical areas of our scaling marketplace, including reservation systems, transactional ledgers, payment gateways, and search matching. Working with modern technologies like Clojure, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, you'll have the autonomy to drive significant impact while reporting to the Backend Engineering Manager.
