Software Engineer (New Grad)

Persona is at the forefront of online identity management, building the first universal and comprehensive identity infrastructure. As a Software Engineer (New Grad) at Persona, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on cutting-edge solutions to help businesses manage customers, prevent fraud, and protect personal information.

From day one, you'll have full deploy access and push code into production, making a significant impact on our product and customers. You'll work on projects that span various technologies, systems, and processes, designing, testing, and shipping great code daily. Your work will directly affect Persona, our customers, and their users.

We keep our intern cohorts small to ensure dedicated mentorship and the opportunity to tackle tough technical challenges and new product ideas. You'll collaborate closely with our engineering, design, and product teams on important features, communicate with customers, and play a crucial role in building Persona.

We're looking for candidates with strong CS fundamentals, programming experience (we use Ruby/Rails, TypeScript, React, Redux, and Python, but we value general engineering skills over specific language knowledge), and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. You should have an innovative mindset, independent thinking, a people-first approach, a hunger for continuous learning, and a collaborative spirit.
