Engineering Manager II

Pinterest is seeking an entrepreneurial and self-driven Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across several business verticals. As an Engineering Manager II at Pinterest, you will:

• Manage and mentor a team of Web, Backend, iOS, and Android engineers, providing guidance and support to grow their careers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Organize execution and strategy across several business verticals.
• Shape team-level strategy and develop high-impact, high-velocity teams.
