The Data Storage and Backups team at Pixar Animation Studios is seeking an experienced Storage Engineer to join their team in Emeryville, California. This role combines technical expertise in enterprise-grade storage solutions with the excitement of working at a world-renowned animation studio.
As a Storage Engineer, you'll be responsible for administering and architecting the studio's centralized storage infrastructure, focusing on high-performance computing (HPC) storage architectures. You'll work with systems commonly accessed via NFS and SMB protocols, helping to enhance system management, compile and visualize metadata, and track performance metrics.
