Responsibilities For Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer Supervisor
- Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers
- Establish team goals and provide constructive feedback
- Supervise IT network systems deployment and inspection
- Oversee hardware and software installation and maintenance
- Monitor network performance using Tanium or other monitoring solutions
- Respond to network alerts and diagnose system errors
