Description For Engineer- Power and Thermal Test Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Power and Thermal Test Engineer to join their engineering team in Hyderabad. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology at one of the world's leading semiconductor companies.

The position involves working as part of the Power Test team, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing power consumption and thermal performance across Qualcomm's advanced chipset solutions. You'll collaborate with diverse engineering teams across hardware, software, and systems, working with state-of-the-art technologies including SoC infrastructure, Advanced CPUs, Hexagon DSPs, Adreno GPUs, AR/VR systems, ML/AI implementations, and 4G/5G modems.

This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of experience who has a strong foundation in embedded software development and test automation. You'll need to understand device drivers, OS concepts, and ARM architecture, with experience in mobile device or complex SoC environments being particularly valuable. Knowledge of power management for low-power SoCs and experience with 4G/5G testing will give you an advantage.
