Named one of LinkedIn's Top Canadian Startups in 2024, they're trusted by 5 of Canada's top 10 brokerages. The platform uses AI and automation to streamline insurance renewal processes, helping brokerages retain business, enhance client experiences, and reduce risks.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in leading and scaling quality assurance efforts for their rapidly growing platform. The position requires expertise in test automation, with a focus on developing frameworks using tools like Playwright. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive testing strategies, from unit tests to end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate brings 4-8+ years of QA engineering experience, strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, and deep knowledge of web applications and REST APIs. You'll need to demonstrate both technical excellence and leadership abilities, as you'll be responsible for coaching developers and championing quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Quandri offers a hybrid work environment based in Vancouver's Gastown area, requiring three days per week in office. The company culture emphasizes customer focus, urgency in execution, curiosity, and simplicity. They provide competitive compensation ($100,000-$140,000), stock options, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements including 60 days of work-from-anywhere policy annually.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup that's revolutionizing the insurance industry through technology. The company values diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from candidates who might not meet all requirements but show potential for excellence.
