Responsibilities For Data Engineer IV - IN
- Provide Level 3 operational coverage
- Troubleshoot incidents/problems including log collection and root cause analysis
- Create and update runbooks for Knowledge Management
- Monitor configuration changes to batches and infrastructure
- Lead and act as POC for customer communication and escalation
- Handle change management and coordinate with stakeholders
- Manage user requests and documentation
- Implement preventive measures and recommendations
Requirements For Data Engineer IV - IN
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and managing AWS/tableau and databricks solution
- Experience with Tableau, Tableau bridge server, Databricks, Dbt, SSRS, SSIS, AWS DWS, AWS APP Flow, PowerBI
- Ability to read and write SQL and stored procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work and promote inclusiveness in small groups
