As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working across research and engineering to design, evaluate, and optimize cutting-edge AI systems. You'll be joining an early-stage team where your ideas will directly shape the product and architecture. Your responsibilities will include shipping production-ready multi-agent systems, building robust debugging and deployment tools, leading research initiatives, and working closely with customers to optimize solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of SWE/AI/ML engineering experience with deep understanding of LLM internals and agent architectures. You should have proven rapid-prototyping skills, hands-on full-stack development experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and a strong track record of impact through publications or significant projects.
