Software Engineer, New Grad

Replo's looking for a software engineer to be a key player on our team. As an engineer, you'll build critical parts of our product - everything from the core Replo no-code editor used by hundreds of people every day, to real-time analytics for 100M+ visitors our customers track, to cloudflare based multi-tenant NextJS deployments for teams driving and testing millions in ad traffic. You'll work closely with all parts of our organization (product, customer support/success, sales, growth) to ship products daily, take ownership of improvements to Replo platform, and (hopefully!) have fun in a collaborative environment with a challenging technical roadmap.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, where we typically work in the office 2-3 days per week.

Your responsibilities:

• Be a critical part of technical and product roadmap, we expect all of our engineers to be actively part of the product management process
• Build products across our stack (using React, Typescript, Node, and more) that enable our customers to build differentiated user experiences online
• Architect full-stack systems across our product area (e.g. creating an SSR publishing flow for Replo components, or integrating Replo components with different third-party systems) and lead the implementation of these projects with our engineering team
• Collaborate directly with our team and customers to ship stable, maintainable code while iterating as fast as possible

Looking for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Has hands on experience building and deploying code "in real life"
• Has a very product and customer focused mindset
• Has experience in Typescript, React, and Node
• Understands the value of writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation and tests
• Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software patterns to solve customer pain points
• Is self-driven and can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently
• Can work fast and has a passion for iterating and getting a lot of code out the door quickly

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working at an early-stage startup previously (Series A or earlier), e.g. in an internship or similar
• Have worked on personal projects outside of class, and shipped them to real users
• Have experience with modern full-stack React frameworks like Next.js or Remix
• Have eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc)
