Key responsibilities include leading technical integration projects, providing on-site/remote support, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, and developing documentation. You'll need 2+ years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering, programming knowledge (Python, Java, .NET), and SQL expertise.
The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong technical aptitude, and fluency in multiple languages (French/English, Spanish/English, or German/English). You'll work in a hybrid setup from Bordeaux, France, with 25% travel.
Ridecell powers major fleets across Europe and North America, including Gig Car Share, Arval, and KINTO Share. The company's platform combines real-time data insights with digital vehicle control to automate fleet operations, offering unmatched efficiency and control.
The ideal candidate should have experience with development tools (Github, Linux, Jira), strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with tools like Sumo Logic, Postman, Zendesk, and PagerDuty. Industry background in fleet management, enterprise software, or mobility services is preferred.
