As a Senior Staff Engineer, you'll blend deep product knowledge with architectural leadership to drive end-to-end solutions that matter. The position requires expertise in both full-stack development and AI technologies, with a focus on implementing generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in modern technologies including React, Kotlin, Java, and TypeScript. You'll work with cutting-edge AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT, while leading the architecture and implementation of complex systems that power intelligent agents. The role involves close collaboration with Product, CX, and AI Platform teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities.

Ridgeline offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 (depending on location), along with comprehensive benefits including unlimited vacation, educational reimbursements, $0 cost employee insurance plans, and participation in the Company Stock Plan.
