Staff Engineer, Agent Foundry

The role combines deep product expertise with modern full-stack engineering and applied generative AI. As a Staff Engineer, you'll be responsible for defining and building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for the Ridgeline platform. You'll work closely with Product, CX, and the AI Platform team to deliver intelligent agents that integrate seamlessly with their unified data model.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end design and development of full-stack solutions, collaborating with cross-functional partners, applying LLM-driven workflows, and building reusable components. You'll also provide architectural guidance, mentor other engineers, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to maximize development velocity and impact.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with expertise in modern languages and frameworks including Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, and React. Strong experience with cloud-native applications (AWS preferred) and practical understanding of LLM integration is essential. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $174,500 to $220,000 (depending on location), along with comprehensive benefits including unlimited vacation, educational reimbursements, and equity through the Company Stock Plan.
