Description For Integrations Engineer

Risk Labs is seeking an Integrations Engineer to join their Sales team, focusing on driving integrations for both Across and UMA protocols. This role combines technical expertise with a sales mindset, requiring the ability to build relationships, provide technical solutions, and act as an evangelist for UMA.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing a pipeline of integration leads and driving conversion
  2. Acting as a technical evangelist at industry events and in community outreach
  3. Providing deep technical knowledge to explain product and protocol aspects
  4. Executing sales strategies and managing partner relationships
  5. Balancing multiple tasks and projects effectively
  6. Staying updated on industry trends and collecting product feedback

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or growth role for software or protocols
  • Formal or self-taught training in Computer Science
  • Working or hobbyist experience in blockchain/DeFi/web3
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts
  • Ability to create and own a sales process
  • Experience working with DAOs, protocols, and other web3 entities
  • Willingness to travel
