Responsibilities For Senior Client Platform Engineer
- Work with cross collaborative teams to expand upon, and maintain the security and stability of endpoint management infrastructure with focus on macOS
- Build out and maintain management tooling for ChromeOS, Windows, and mobile phones
- Lead design and building of new tools based on internal requirements
- Build automation to support device and account lifecycle management
- Act as escalation point for Corporate Engineering teams
- Perform code reviews, write documentation and drive engineering best practices
Requirements For Senior Client Platform Engineer
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Platform Engineer
- Experience managing macOS devices using Munki, MDM (FleetDM) and configuration management tools like Saltstack
- Solid understanding of modern endpoint management tooling
- Strong coding or scripting background using Python, Swift, Go, Bash or Powershell
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
