Senior Software Developer, DevX

Robinhood Markets is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Developer Experience team within Developer Infrastructure. This role is crucial in empowering engineering to build with quality, velocity, and confidence. The Developer Infrastructure team's mission is to build a platform that enables Robinhood Engineering to quickly and confidently ship quality software to market.

The Developer Experience Team specifically focuses on helping engineering move quickly and safely by finding, fixing, and left-shifting production issues back to development. They take a holistic view of engineering to drive systemic improvements to development processes and culture.

As a Senior Software Developer in DevX, you'll be working on critical infrastructure components including build process optimization, continuous integration systems, developer tooling, and remote developer environments. The role requires expertise in modern development practices, particularly around CI/CD, build systems, and developer tooling.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from 145,000 to 170,000 CAD and includes participation in Robinhood's bonus and equity plans.
