Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer - Octopus by RTG

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in transforming their monolithic Rails application into a modular, service-oriented architecture. You'll work on exciting AI Projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and UX.

The role demands expertise in Ruby on Rails, with additional value placed on React/TypeScript and PostgreSQL knowledge. You'll be responsible for writing high-performance code, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the technical vision of the organization.
