Senior DevOps Engineer - Octopus

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is a key driver of digital transformation by providing a holistic tech ecosystem. As part of this mission, RTG is partnering with Mazadak, an innovative auction platform, to enhance their product offerings. They are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will play a critical role in shaping the development and operational processes within Mazadak, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and systems
• Implement robust security practices across all stages of development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage code releases
• Participate in on-call rotations to handle production issues
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
• Expert knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby) and IaC tools (Terraform or Ansible)
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Deep understanding of Linux system administration
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience mentoring and leading junior engineers is a plus
