Responsibilities For Senior Saleforce Developer-Octopus by RTG
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on best practices and business requirements
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications as needed
- Perform data modeling, data migration, and data quality management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Monitor and enhance system performance and user experience on the Salesforce platform
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure effective and up-to-date solutions
Requirements For Senior Saleforce Developer-Octopus by RTG
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and database management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Advanced Developer) are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
