ROCKWOOL Digital is seeking a .NET Developer to join their Web Applications and API Services Department in Poznań. The role sits within the Web Applications & API Services team, focusing on building and maintaining modern, scalable web solutions for both internal users and external customers.
The position offers an opportunity to work in a DevOps-oriented environment, contributing to the development of microservices-based applications. You'll be involved in the complete development lifecycle, from design to deployment, working with cutting-edge technologies like .NET 8, microservices architecture, and various cloud services.

Responsibilities For .Net Developer
- Design and build backend services with .NET 8 and microservices architecture
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform debugging, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to refine requirements
- Contribute to DevOps culture and drive technical excellence
Requirements For .Net Developer
- 2+ years of experience in .NET / C# development
- Strong background in microservices architecture and designing REST APIs with ASP.NET Core
- Familiarity with SQL (MSSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
- Hands-on experience with: Git, CI/CD, unit testing, DDD, TDD, CQRS
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid communication in English (B2+/C1)
