Senior Software Engineer - Air Traffic Solutions (Onsite)

RTX's Connected Aviation – Air Traffic Solutions division is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team developing critical air traffic control systems like STARS, NWP, and AutoTrac. These are safety-of-life air traffic management systems developed for the FAA and international equivalents. The role involves working with C/C++ and Python in a Unix/Linux environment, focusing on both maintenance and new feature development for these mission-critical systems.

The position requires strong technical skills in software development, particularly with C/C++ and Python, along with experience in software testing and debugging. Knowledge of configuration management tools and agile methodologies is essential. The team works in a highly collaborative environment using modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

This is an onsite position in Marlborough, MA, offering a competitive salary range of $82,000-$164,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits. The role requires U.S. citizenship due to program requirements.
