Integration & Test Scalability and Transformation Engineer

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer for their Naval Systems Department within Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC). This role focuses on the Radar Product Line's (RPL) SPY6 Family of Radars Test Architecture team, serving as a technical liaison for Integration and Test related scope. The position involves leading software development, integration, and testing efforts across multiple programs, with a primary focus on SPY6.

The role requires deep expertise in systems engineering and test automation, working with cutting-edge radar systems for naval applications. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, managing regression testing, and ensuring the quality of software deliverables. The position offers an opportunity to work on critical defense technology while collaborating with senior technical leaders and program managers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems integration and test automation, with knowledge of MATLAB, Python, and SQL. This is an onsite position requiring U.S. citizenship and security clearance, offering a competitive salary range of $124,000-$250,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
