JC Maintenance is recruiting for the Junior Aircraft Engineer Program (JAEP) to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain, working in cooperation with Ryanair. Ryanair is Europe's favourite airline, operating over 3,000 daily flights from 85 bases, connecting 225+ destinations across 33 countries. With a fleet of 520+ modern Boeing 737NG, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircraft, Ryanair plans to expand by 200+ aircraft by 2025.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, committed, and able to work independently while being a team player. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out maintenance tasks as required
- Maintaining high work standards
- Complying with company procedures, policies, and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Previous B737-800 maintenance experience is highly desirable
- Willingness to work shifts (including nights) and travel for training
Requirements:
- High Level of English (B2)
- Completed all modules of part.147 Center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
