ServiceNow Developer

SAIT's Information Technology Services department is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role is crucial in expanding the footprint of ServiceNow at SAIT through various products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, CMDB, CSM, and custom applications, with exposure to other ServiceNow solutions.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow products and solutions to meet SAIT's institutional needs. You'll work on various aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including business rules, flow designer, workflow, request catalog, client scripts, and more. You'll also be involved in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and maintaining the CMDB.

This position offers an opportunity to work with a global leader in applied education, named one of Alberta's Top Employers. SAIT provides a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, along with excellent benefits including 4 weeks of vacation, 14 flex days per year, health & dental care, and a pension plan.

The role requires a mix of technical skills and soft skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with end-users and create user stories.
