Associate Product Manager

Salesforce is seeking Trailblazers to join their Product Management team as Associate Product Managers (APMs). This role is part of a 2-year rotational program designed to develop skills in product management the Salesforce way. APMs will gain hands-on experience managing products for different teams, get exposure to senior executives, work with mentors, and participate in trainings and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and analyzing user needs
• Analyzing market trends, competitors, customer research, and product data
• Helping define product vision and strategy
• Partnering with designers to create intuitive user experiences
• Working with engineers to build and launch new features
• Evangelizing product vision through presentations to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Previous industry internship in product management

Desired skills:

• Ability to deliver on commitments and be a self-starter
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Deep interest in creating and analyzing products
• Product management or design experience with software products

This position is for spring 2025 or winter 2024 graduates, with a start date in August 2025. The role is based in San Francisco, California, with a salary range of $158,900 - $158,900.
