Salesforce's Monitoring Cloud team is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager/Director to lead their Monitoring API Platforms services. This role is integral to Salesforce's infrastructure, managing telemetry stack and ensuring high availability of Salesforce products. The position involves leading a team that handles metrics, logs, traces, and events at massive scale, using both open-source and proprietary technologies in the public cloud.

The ideal candidate will drive the vision for Monitoring API Platforms, overseeing critical services like API Platforms, Grafana, and developer productivity tools. They will be responsible for maintaining 99.95%+ availability of Tier 1 services and leading a team that delivers scalable, secure monitoring and analytics services.
