Responsibilities For Staff Engineer (M), Software Process Engineering
- Develop and deliver high quality implementations of customer experiences
- Provide architectural guidance for server environment configuration, clustering, caching, CDN usage, and security
- Lead internal and external engineering teams to solve difficult problems
- Champion best software engineering practices including Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration
- Manage projects from initiation to launch
- Develop high-level design tailored to requirements
- Hire, train, and supervise engineering staff members
- Guide Junior developers in data structure, algorithms, and enterprise systems
Requirements For Staff Engineer (M), Software Process Engineering
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 8 years experience (or Bachelor's with 10 years experience)
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, Adobe AEM, Adobe Target and Adobe analytics applications
- Experience with event and message driven system design and architecture
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, and asynchronous architectures
- Experience in writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code
- Experience managing applications in cloud
- Experience in designing experimental test programs and frameworks
- Experience dealing with large amounts of data in structured and unstructured databases
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership capacity
