Responsibilities For Facilities Control Engineer

  • Maintain utility systems in support of semiconductor wafer fab
  • Troubleshoot and modify program codes
  • Define, prepare, and execute commissioning and startup processes of controls systems
  • Lead contractors through development of scope of work
  • Review control design packages, P&ID drawings, program design
  • Identify, develop and design controls panels and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with operators, technicians, and process engineers for process improvements

Requirements For Facilities Control Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in design, construction or commissioning of industrial control systems
  • Risk analysis and data-based decision management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT networking, virtualization, server management
  • Experience with Rockwell RS Logix/Studio 5000, Aveva System Platform, Siemens SIMATIC Manager
  • Familiarity with Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix/MicroLogix and Siemens S7-300/S7-400 CPU Hardware
