Cloud Infrastructure as Code Engineer (GTH)

Santander, a leading global financial institution serving 140 million customers, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure as Code Engineer to join their technology team in Queretaro, Mexico. This role sits at the intersection of cloud engineering and automation, focusing on developing and implementing infrastructure as code solutions for the bank's private cloud platform.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and automation tools, including Terraform, Ansible, Python, and various DevOps tools. You'll be responsible for designing and developing automations that enable the implementation of services and reference architectures for private cloud adoption across different areas of the organization.

As part of the Private Cloud Global Platform IaC team, you'll play a crucial role in improving and maintaining the IaC framework, supporting project migrations, and ensuring compliance with group standards. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, as you'll be involved in reviewing reference architectures and providing feedback in internal forums.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of cloud engineering experience, strong programming skills in Python and infrastructure tools like Terraform and Ansible, and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.
