  • Advanced ServiceNow ITOM configuration including Service Mapping, Discovery, and Cloud Management
  • System Administration including List/Form/Navigation, Pane Updates, Catalog Items, Workflow
  • Configuration Reviews and Instance Patch Management
  • Creating Tables and Fields
  • Analyze data to identify key trends and critical outcomes for API
  • Work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Requirements For Software Engineer Specialist in CMDB/ITOM (ServiceNow) - SDS

  • Computer engineering or related degree
  • 5 years of experience in ITOM/CMDB (ServiceNow)
  • Experience implementing Scrum framework
  • IT Service Management and IT Operation Management knowledge
  • Solid experience with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
  • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
  • Advanced understanding in agile project management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
