Description For QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Skello, you will work in a highly autonomous role, managing all QA aspects within your assigned impact team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing and organizing test sessions for ongoing development projects
  2. Writing test plans for new features
  3. Maintaining the non-regression test plan in cooperation with the QA team
  4. Designing and developing automated test cases
  5. Having a decision-making voice alongside the product and dev teams when deploying new features
  6. Qualifying bug reports from the Support team for prioritization
  7. Participating in the implementation and monitoring of quality KPIs

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in tech, specifically in web development
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent writing skills for clear and readable test plans
  • Interest in both manual testing and test automation
  • Experience with E2E test-oriented development (Webdriverio or other JavaScript frameworks and Browserstack)
  • Familiarity with Jira and test management tools
