Senior DevOps Platform Engineer

Sonar is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to join their Engineering Experience squad, focusing on accelerating developer productivity across the organization. This role is crucial in evolving Sonar's engineering experience by designing, building, and maintaining core CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling. The position is based in Austin, requiring minimum three days in office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday).

The role involves managing critical infrastructure components including source code management, continuous integration, release validation, secrets management, and developer self-service tools. You'll work with AWS infrastructure, implement security measures, and drive best practices across the engineering organization.

As an ideal candidate, you should have strong experience in DevOps practices, cloud environments, and programming languages like Java and Python. Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, containerization, and security practices is essential. The role requires both technical expertise and strong soft skills, as you'll be leading initiatives and collaborating across teams.
