Responsibilities For Factory Automation Engineer (Starlink Production)

  • Design, develop, and manage automation projects including factory ideation, machine commissioning, and proof of rate capability
  • Architect, write, and debug PLC code for high-volume manufacturing applications
  • Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for robots, gantries, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment
  • Generate HMI screens for machine operation and troubleshooting
  • Design electrical systems compliant to NEC, NFPA, & UL508A regulations
  • Create and manage schedules and budgets

Requirements For Factory Automation Engineer (Starlink Production)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science
  • 1+ years of experience in industrial/factory automation or electro-mechanical/robotic systems
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirement)
  • Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
