SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

Spalding, a Saalex company, is seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer for a hybrid position in Patuxent River, MD. This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$115,000, depending on experience. The position involves approximately 1-2 days of onsite work per month, with the remainder being remote.

The role focuses on designing and developing custom M365 applications using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining Power Platform solutions, administering SharePoint sites, and serving as the primary Power BI analyst. The position requires strong technical skills in SharePoint development, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications, SharePoint administration, and business requirements gathering. A bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience (or equivalent combinations of education and experience) is required. The position requires eligibility for a Secret clearance.
