Responsibilities For Web Engineer - Music

  • Build Web Application UI and views for Music Video and Canvas tools in Spotify for Artists platform
  • Work with external teams to deliver consumer video experiences in the Spotify consumer application
  • Work with product, insights, design and other web engineers to understand customer and partner needs
  • Deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code

Requirements For Web Engineer - Music

  • Proven experience in Web Development
  • Knowledge of building user-friendly, data-rich JavaScript(React)/HTML/CSS/Typescript applications
  • Experience with modern testing, debugging and automation techniques
  • Working understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
  • Understanding of software architecture across front-end, back-end, and APIs
  • Care about UX and building responsive, user-friendly web applications
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
