Growth Engineer

Stepful is seeking a Growth Engineer to help build business-critical software that accelerates top-of-funnel conversion, drives acquisition, and delivers accurate metrics.

As a Growth Engineer, you'll work on:

• Implementing growth experiments
• Optimizing student application flow
• Building drip email and SMS campaigns
• Creating affiliate marketing integrations
• Developing referral programs
• Integrating with ad providers for data synchronization
