Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be instrumental in bringing our AI technology to life. You'll work directly with insurance carriers and brokerages to understand their needs, design and implement voice agents, and ensure successful deployment. This role requires both technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with insurance companies to understand their processes and requirements
• Designing and deploying voice AI agents with custom conversation flows
• Implementing integrations with third-party systems
• Debugging edge cases using live transcripts and performance data
• Contributing to product development based on customer insights

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of post-college work experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities with cloud infrastructure and API integrations
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM platforms
• Knowledge of TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
• Startup experience
