Responsibilities For Staff Sales Systems Engineer

  • Partner with Sales team to educate customers on Stryker's Vocera solutions through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Work with customer's IT team to ensure understanding of deployment methodologies and requirements
  • Qualify customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools
  • Design Vocera architecture for customer deployments
  • Prepare customer infrastructure assessment reports
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs and IT questionnaires
  • Participate in trade shows, conferencing and marketing events

Requirements For Staff Sales Systems Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or Canadian Post Secondary Certificate and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years demonstrated experience in technical sales or integration development for healthcare organizations
  • 50% travel throughout Eastern Canada required
  • Experience with Windows, Linux and Cloud architectures
  • Server virtualization experience
  • Experience with SIP and Traditional TDM Telephony
  • Experience deploying Mobile Applications for Smartphones via MDM solutions
  • Experience with middleware and EMR/EHR applications
  • Enterprise 802.11 wireless and LAN/WAN networking experience
  • Integration knowledge with third party systems
  • Wi-Fi or Route/Switch certifications
  • Bilingual French/English preferred
