The position offers a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $147,600 and embraces a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with virtual work flexibility. As a Senior RPA Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

JavaScript
  • 10+ years of experience in RPA development
  • 5 years using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of automation design principles
  • Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-500)
  • Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism)
  • Background in process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in Power Platform components
  • Experience with scripting languages and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
