Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) - Costa Rica

Talent2Win, a company specializing in connecting LATAM talent with global companies, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for their client, a global leader in Human Experience Management (HXM). The role involves joining the Platform Engineering group responsible for maintaining and evolving a cloud foundation that supports a global HXM product operating 24/7. The team is working towards implementing a full Azure-native architecture with Infrastructure as Code, automated security measures, and streamlined deployment processes.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on both greenfield projects and significant refactoring efforts, all while maintaining a careful balance between reliability, speed, and compliance in a highly regulated domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining Azure infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code, creating CI/CD pipelines, and setting up comprehensive monitoring systems.

This role is ideal for an experienced DevOps engineer with strong Azure expertise and a passion for automation and infrastructure scalability. The position requires 5+ years of DevOps experience and 3+ years of Azure-specific experience, along with proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Bicep.
