Tapcheck is looking to hire both Software Engineers and Sr Software Engineers for its Employee Experience team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the employee portal and services/APIs for mobile apps. Working on cutting-edge backend services, you'll ensure real-time payroll synchronization and accurate balance displays for on-demand wage access. Responsibilities For Software Engineer

Design, develop, and test full stack web applications
Collaborate with the team to build and enhance products
Provide innovative technical solutions for product features
Participate in code reviews for high-quality code maintenance
Integrate with various backend systems
Develop for scalability, reliability, and performance
Support non-prod and prod environments

Requirements For Software Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer science
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system architecture
Solid grasp of object-oriented design and design patterns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience leading technical projects and coaching team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7+ years of development experience with C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, RESTful API
5+ years working on public web applications
5+ years in an Agile SDLC team
