Solution Engineer

This role goes beyond traditional support - you'll be an active problem solver and builder, working to eliminate roadblocks and optimize the developer experience. You'll debug API requests, troubleshoot production issues, and create technical resources while maintaining a balance between speed and quality of solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and guidance to both self-serve developers and enterprise customers
• Debugging and resolving complex API integration issues
• Creating developer resources and documentation
• Building and maintaining sample code implementations
• Automating and streamlining support processes
• Contributing to the growth of Tavus's developer community

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong development experience with APIs and webhooks
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with AI/ML models (bonus)
