Staff Software Engineer, UI - Hybrid

Tenable is seeking a Staff UI Software Engineer to join their UI-based Vulnerability Management Applications development team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based, state-of-the-art solutions for Vulnerability Management in the ever-evolving landscape of customers' IT infrastructure. The position offers opportunities to implement and maintain highly scalable, highly reliable cloud-native user interfaces and underlying microservices using modern technologies and programming languages. You'll also work on maintaining and enhancing endpoint scanning technologies to support new platforms and expanded capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience, including leading cross-functional projects
• Experience with single-page applications, React, and JavaScript visualization libraries
• Expertise in utilizing RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud-native data stores and data processing systems (a plus)
• Knowledge of network security systems (a plus)
• Accountability for software behavior in production
• Experience coaching and leading mid-level and junior staff
• Agile team experience and enthusiasm for collaborative work
• Ability to work independently and lead projects
• Desire for continuous learning and exposure to new technologies
