Description For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution

Tesla is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team, focusing on the Dojo Power Distribution system. This role is crucial for supporting development teams and manufacturing partners in building and managing robust, cost-optimized direct material supply chains. The position involves working with various components related to Tesla vehicles, Tesla Energy, batteries, and other critical organizational elements.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of the Supply Chain Organization, reporting to the Supply Chain Group Manager. They will serve as a vital resource for Engineering and Global Supply Management groups within Tesla. The role demands excellent communication skills, willingness to travel to suppliers across different regions, and the ability to make critical decisions quickly.

Requirements For Supply Chain Manager, Dojo Power Distribution

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing safety critical parts, wiring harness, or power distribution commodities
  • Excellent program management, written, and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
