Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope out and drive projects for deployment of Cell Electrode manufacturing equipment and processes
- Work with external suppliers to develop comprehensive plans
- Define and drive daily tasks for manufacturing line engineering disciplines
- Track status of projects and action items against schedule
- Create and maintain schedules for projects
- Drive delivery of selected manufacturing project scope
- Inform prioritization of team project work
Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Cell Engineering
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in mass production manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence)
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams
- Ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities
