The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Systems and Tools Engineer to join their Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) organization's Supply Chain System & Tools team in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial in developing and enhancing tools that increase efficiency and improve quality for various users across the organization.

The position sits within ET&T Supply Chain, which leads the strategy and execution of procurement for Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) and Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T). As a Lead Systems and Tools Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing the strategy and requirements for tool enhancements that serve diverse users including Engineers, Program Managers, Executives, and Buyers.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $157,250 – $212,750 and comes with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and various insurance options. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires U.S. Person status due to export control compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of new tools, gathering requirements, conducting system analysis, and managing projects.   • Lead development of new tools and enhance existing applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business needs

Requirements For Lead Systems and Tools Engineer

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with engineering processes for complex test requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing a multi-skill discipline team
  • Experience with Supply Chain Processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
