Thomson Reuters is seeking a Content Developer / Data Engineer to join their team working on ONESOURCE Indirect Tax software. Responsibilities For Content Developer / Data Engineer

  • Facilitating and automating the delivery of top-quality Indirect Tax content
  • Managing the deployment of script and tool upgrades
  • Evaluating existing content creation and testing processes
  • Driving innovation by providing recommendations for automation
  • Developing requirements and attain tax research team sign off
  • Documenting all projects/tools/scripts developed
  • Contributing to the testing of tax content changes

Requirements For Content Developer / Data Engineer

Python
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role
  • Practical use of Python, SQL and REST services
  • Strong understanding of database concepts
  • Knowledge of Version Control Systems (e.g. Git)
  • Advanced software skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
