Responsibilities For Senior Engineer - Electronic Applications Engineer
- Plan structure of parts and systems through target setting, packaging, electrical interface definition
- Develop electronic parts within concurrent minor and major changes
- Create and maintain part development schedule through to Start of Production
- Participate in evaluation and manufacturing activities domestically and internationally
- Lead creation of performance and functional specifications for Cockpit Electronics
- Mentor junior level engineers for the development of electrical systems
- Work with local customers and engineers to solve issues and conduct joint testing
Requirements For Senior Engineer - Electronic Applications Engineer
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years experience leading or collaborating on development of electronic systems
- Experience with basic architecture and vehicle ECU, CAN, CAN-FD in-vehicle communication
- Experience with development quality tools; DFMEA, DRBFM, FTA
- MS office tool skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Clear and concise presentation skills
- Willingness to work overtime up to 10% of the time
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time
